Melinda has been in real estate for the past 25 years, and she has been instrumental in recent development in both the city and suburbs. During this time she has enjoyed steadily increasing success, working primarily in the residential marketplace.
Melinda has developed a genuine passion for helping home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. She has even established herself as one of the city’s top-producing agents, having sold over $540 million in sales to date. Melinda has consistently been in the top 1%.
As a native Chicagoan, Melinda prides herself on her knowledge of the Chicago real estate market. Both she and her husband, Lucien, collaborate daily with developers and high-net-worth individuals seeking information on the luxury market.
Melinda has worked closely with architects and developers to provide up-to-the-minute input on market trends for Mariano’s Market Hall, City Club, and 420 W. Ontario - the River North development for which she was the exclusive listing agent. Melinda was instrumental in getting the CA23 development project, located in the West Loop, off the ground and running. She represented the 420 W. Grand Development as the senior broker, and she sold City Club Development in River North - and the 20 lots that were there are now $4 million-plus homes. Melinda was also a listing agent for Wabash Station and Kingsbury Estates development. She has been a consultant for many developers over the years.
Melinda has also worked for twelve years in securities and investment banking with leading companies such as The Chicago Corporation, Morgan Stanley, and Alex Brown & Sons. She is on the Women’s Board of the Joffrey Ballet Service Club, the Women’s Board of the Service Club, and the Women’s Auxiliary Board of the Ronald McDonald House.
